    ♥ manila - makati: my one of a kind splurge

    original plan destination:

    1. find, technolux, take the     trip from coastal and rode again another bus going to ayala - leveriza to get to miyapis
    2. makati ave. and ayala ave., glorietta --> ascott
    2. baclaran, hyatt then diamond hotel
    3. intramuros
    4. metropoint
    5. moa

    the other way around:


    the plan was, we'll just go first     to miyapis, i think that's somewhere in makati but it turned out or we thought rather, it was just somewhere near guadalupe or boni. both in shock, we're already in Quezon City, in Cubao to be exact! at first, i thought maybe, miyapis is somewhere near mega mall or other tall buildings in makati, but before we knew it, we're already in cubao! Shocks! we asked the PUB conductor and he said we've already passed miyapis! my goodness! da** it! so AGAIN, we have to go back in makati and find miyapis all by ourselves or we'll just go to makati business center and just go to glorietta to get through ascott.

    **pissed! tokwa, naligaw kami in-short! hehehe.. well, pero ok na din yun :) unconsciously nadaanan namin ang Camp Crame, AFP head quarters, POEA, SEC and araneta**

    as we reached the makati ave. we decided to walk from standard chartered to glorietta 5 and find ascott staff entrance, so we went inside and roamed G5 to G4 and asked some guards. after a 30 minutes or so - estimated - search we reached Basement 3 and found what we've been looking.

    **hooray! after 10 long years na road trip at papicture picture sa ilalim ng underpass ng makati and ayala avenue, may narating din kami..**

    while inside the PUB heading to baclaran, im starting to feel a bit feeling of exhaustion starting to invade my feet up to my body. and at the same time its already past noon so i also felt mr.hunger asking my intestines to beg me to eat since i haven't eaten yet since early that morning. as we reached our next destination, we planned to eat first before hitting another ride to hyatt and diamond but there's no eatery to found, so we decided to walk from the hot streets of baclaran up to the corner of kenny rogers and wait for a PUJ.

    **hot! hot! hot! ikaw na kaya ang maglakad sa kahabaan ng baclaran sa katirikan ng araw, ewan ko na lang.. sunburn!!! hahahaha**

    after the hotel splurge, we thought its my chance to see what's behind the wall of intramuros but i didn't get the chance, because we're on the wrong lane, so we ended up near the Quiapo church and just hear the call of our shouting stomachs.

    **parang ayaw magpakaen ng pagkaen namin na sizzling chicken, dang inet kasi! while waiting for the food, iniisip namin sinusunog pa yung plato kaya tinawag na sizzling plate ^^ **

    next stop, metropoint..

    **yipeee! at last! gala na, as in gala!!!**

    its my first time to see what's inside metropoint. oh well, when i entered the place, i felt like i was in greenhills shopping center. yes, you heard it right, its just like GSC.. a combination of immitation and branded shops.. hehehe..

    the splurge is almost over,

    **but the best is yet to come.. ^^ uu, kasi pupunta na kami sa mas maluwag at mas malamig sa metropoint.. bwahaha.. **

    MOA, at last!
    as expected lots of peeps, mixed up. caucasians, mongoloids, asians etc.. i saw lots of koreans    .. and a thought run through my silly mind, what if i say "annyeong"? hehehe.. would they say "anneyong" back too?
